I haven't used it for running yet, but I got it for Christmas yesterday, put it on my arm and moved it around. Seems to do what I wanted it for--not jiggle around on my arm! The strap is nice because it holds the whole iphone and doesn't just slip in the back like the one I have for my ipod. This is nice since the iphone and larger ipods are heavier than say the ipod nano which is lightweight and smaller. There is more support with this arm band. I don't like the plastic cover on it. You cannot use the touch screen because it's not up against the iphone and it's way too thick, so I think I will just cut it out and it will work just fine. The iphone isn't going to fall out because the cover isn't there. Hopefully when I use it and break out a sweat, my sweat will not leak through to the iphone. The material is pretty thick in between the iphone and my arm, but you never know. Another reason it does not recieve 5 stars is because when you put it in the case, you have to remove the iphone cover. It fits in there really tight without the cover tho, so it's not going to fall out. -- Got it for running
